I visited Dr Sandy Issa in 2024 and she would not do anything except for the PAP smear, even though I came to her with concerning symptoms: period that was black, abdominal pain and hardness, fatigue and feeling heavy. The results came positive for a condition that was easily treatable, but my other symptoms were dismissed and I was told having a black period is 'normal'.

A year and two gynaecologists later, I was finally diagnosed with perimenopause.

She could have listened to me and could have done tests, could have sent me to an endocrinologist, anything. She did nothing and I wasted time, I could have been treated for symptoms much sooner and my life could have been much easier.

The nurses were lovely and very patient, which is the only reason why I am giving it 2 stars, and not 1. I would recommend you avoid Dr Issa and beware this practice, I don't know what other specialists are like, but she's incompetent.

This clinic is responsive and flexible. I had a great experience with Peggy the nurse. She made me feel comfortable right away, brought so much good energy to the room, and always checked in throughout my appointment. Who knew you could have fun at a doctors appointment! I wish every doctors’ office had a Peggy ❤️

Have switched to this Praxis with Dr. Rieger-Clemens as my gynecologist. I've appreciated her taking my concerns seriously, and unlike many doctors in Berlin, offered solutions that are not just herbal remedies. It's also fantastic that you can drop-in to have bloodwork done during their operating hours without an appointment, and the facilities are modern and clean. I was especially impressed today with the woman who did my bloodwork today -- it was quick, painless and she was incredibly warm and kind. An absolute professional. Truly appreciate the warm and compassionate care and highly recommended.

I have been a patient of Doctor Simo for over 8 years.
She is hands down the best gynecologist I have had in my whole life.
She is professional, kind, caring and empathetic. Currently she is guiding me through my second pregnancy and I could not feel safer in her competent hands.
I even moved out of the city and still make the effort to commute for over an 1h just to see her, this tells you everything.

People working here are overwhelmed to the extent that they are unable to efficiently, carry out their duties. I was promised to return call, which never happened. The receptionist stopped answering the phone about two weeks ago because of the high turnover. They are also reluctant to answer emails. Normally appointments could have been made over an app, however, this was disconnected as well. My gynecologist quit, and they just pushed me from one doctor to the next without much thought. None of the doctors I went to were particularly understanding. Each of them did try to sell me something, extra testing for the pregnancy. This is not a serious Doctors Office and if you are pregnant, I highly recommend staying away.
