Will definitely park here again. Overall a good experience, prices were pretty good also. Location is very close to the airport, only afew minutes away. The Check in and out process is quick and simple. Service is very quick, there was a bus waiting on me before I could get all my luggage out. Also, on the return trip there was already a bus waiting at the airport. Both drivers to and from the Airport were very professional. Buses are clean and had Ac. The facility itself was clean and appeared secured with a tall electric fence. Plenty of Covered and uncovered parking spots.

My first time booking here but it won't be my last. My pick-up driver was patient and kind ( I didn't get her name) and my driver when arriving home was absolutely fantastic. His name was Christopher B. He helped with our luggage and had the most authentic and upbeat personality. He loves what he does and it shows. Our ride was so enjoyable we didn't want to get off lol. I will for sure be using parking spot again.

The website is easy to use. You have the option to park under cover which is nice and all the drivers are very professional and nice. I can not see myself parking at the airport with their overpriced parking. I do not understand why more people do not use The Parking Spot more. Park your car, jump on the shuttle and you are done.

Basically this office manager Yuri is the most rude condescending person I’ve dealt with in a long time I have been using this place for at least 10 year had not had any problems until 11/25/24 we drove our electric car and were told we couldn’t park there but we had done so previously. They informed me that they didn’t any longer allow electric cars with key card and code to park. They place my key card on top of the vehicle so when i returned from the office i had no idea it was on the roof and drove off, after I realized that they never gave it back I called and returned where as Yuri basically called me a liar. So I walked down the street found the key card,Yuri called me again because I walked out after being called a liar, so i informed her how rude she was and that i found my card on the street she replied “good for you and hung up on me” these people get away with this horrible service because no one does anything about it I hope no one ever use this place again i know the multiple friends I’ve referred will not because they’ll all receive a screenshot of this review…

I highly recommend The Parking Spot for its reliable and efficient service. I have parked my car there multiple times when flying out of the international terminal. Each time, the staff has been incredibly helpful. They assist with loading my luggage, provide a ticket marking my parking spot, and ensure a swift shuttle ride to the terminal. Upon my return, finding the shuttle outside the arrival gates is always hassle-free. I will definitely continue to use The Parking Spot for my future trips!

Great service from start to finish. I was apprehensive at first because of some negative reviews I came across but I’m glad I went ahead and used The Parking Spot 1. The drivers were on time, professional, and friendly. My car was safe in their car. The app was convenient to use. No complaints at all. I’d recommend and will use for my next travel.

I was referred to this location from a nice, very sweet enterprise worker at the airport( DeNora Murray). I knew nothing about different parking venues. Ms. Murray was very helpful even though I went to her about parking and not about a rental. It was easy to park. My car was safe in the gated lot. The shuttle bus was excellent as well as the driver! This was my first time flying and the driver was very knowledgeable. He also explained the process for flying. He was a big help even though I was 2 1/2 hours early to make sure I didn’t run into any problems catching my flight. Getting picked up from the airport was amazing, no wait even though I got lost finding the bus. I will be using The parking spot 1 for future parking/shuttle ride. Thanks

Everything. Everyone working is polite, friendly, and helpful. You pick up the luggage from the car and help put it back in. You load the luggage into the van and unload it. Water on the way out is great for for our ride back to Alabama. The card you give us with my parking space is super helpful. In summary all I have to do is reserve and park, you all do the rest!
