I filed my parents taxes for the past few years with this company and the most hard hitting part happened in year 2022 was when I filled my taxes with this company and they gave me a payment voucher for less than what I owed to IRS and I ended up checking any amounts due in 2024 and saw a $3,205 pending payable to IRS from 2022 with a few warnings from IRS that they will come after my assets at this point.
This is very disappointing and heartbreaking. The fees that was paid to this company has always been through Zelle so they are cheating on their own taxes and not paying for their earnings. They request to the client to send the money on their Wife's account on Zelle to trick with their own taxes but that should be a problem with their company and IRS and this is not my biggest concern.
My concern is that when I'm paying you a fees for doing my taxes, how are you going to not be focused enough to do my taxes right? I have been fined by IRS because of this company's mistake and they are not even ready to admit that it is their fault.
No suggestions are given by this TAX FILER to their clients to help them with their tax fillings and saving some money.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE VERY UNFOCUSED AND SCAMMING PEOPLE FOR THEIR SMALL FEESES AND NOT CARING ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS AT ALL.

If I can give them a -1star rating, I would've done that too.
