I have always visited this store because I liked it but today I had a very bad experience. I don’t think I’ll visit her again and I don’t think I’ll recommend her to anyone else. I was just trying to return a dress from my wife and they denied me and treated me badly just because the dress was not in a bag even though the dress had its label and I had the purchase receipt in my hands. They didn’t want to help me with the return, they were very rude. I will never buy there again.

Clothes are nice, price is nice. But the line was very long. At least 12 people ahead of me and only 3 registers open. I spoke to the manager and asked him if he would open more registers. He was very nice nut said he could not as he had no one in till noon.

Decent store to find some deals. These kinds of stores to me, you come to them hoping to find a really great deal/product. You don't usually find it but it's all about the hunt! 3 stars for poor cleanliness, unfriendly cashiers, and clothes/ products completely thrown everywhere like it's some hoarders closet. Worth a look if you don't mind that.

This is the best TJ Maxx on LI. I am very passionate about jewelry and visit this location on a weekly basis to shop. Karen is the best jewelry specialist I have ever encountered. She has tons of jewelry expertise and is always in such a positive mood! Every time I come in we have great conversation and I always end up buying something. Such a pleasure to shop with, thank you!!

Who doesn't love t j maxx and saving money on Designer name products hate the long lines, but it goes fast.Hate the fact that I used pick out all the cakes and candies and cookies on the way to the registers.I ended up with more stuff in my cart than usual. You all do the same thing

Would rate 4.5/5 stars for large selection. Men selection can be improved. One thing though, I came here this past evening with a friend of mine. At check out, cashier asked me to sign up for the rewards not once, not twice, BUT THREE times. I kept explaining I do not shop here enough to get a credit card. And he kept saying with the holidays coming, I could save money by using their credit card. If management is putting pressure on these kids to push the credit card on customers, they must stop after being turned down the first time. NO MEANS NO. These cashiers seem like they make a commission off sign ups. Will not be coming to this location again anytime soon.

It's a TJ Maxx, I know what to expect. Why 1 Star? The associates and Pushing the darn card. I needed a purse that was tied up (anti-theft) and the employee who got it for me told me the purse was useless as it was so small and laughed at me. Then she added, hey you should get our credit card, what's wrong with you-everyone has it!

At checkout the cashier asked me numerous times, aggressively, to open a credit card with them. I almost walked out because she wouldn't stop. A single NO should be enough. Buncha mean girl bullies work here.
